Do you eat breakfast? And if so, what do you eat?
Natural yoghurt, fruit and mueseli/grapenuts cereal mixed in. If i don't eat breakfast i snack all morning
Porridge or protein shake especially with added keratin or egg or a large mushroom. In fact, one nice breakfast is to have scrambled egg in a large mushroom.
I generally skip it on weekdays and just grab a soy latte around an hour after I get to work :) On weekends I usually have some fruit or toast or have breakfast out at the vegan bakery near my house with my boyfriend
I made an awesome breakfast today! Oats, almond milk, 1tbsp peanut butter an apple and some salt, cinnamon and ginger. Tiny bit of sweetener. Threw it together yesterday and had it for breakfast today. It was really really good! Better with almond milk than regular milk I noticed.
coke zero, coffee, water all day. I only eat 1 meal a day (usually around 7 at night) majority of what people have been told about food and when/what you eat is a lie, especially breakfast. unnecessary unless you're doing a workout session that day, in which a protein shake is perfect
Depends on my mood..my go to is a banana and yogurt, egg, on a slice of toast with yogurt or fruit, or oatmeal with fruit or yogurt...I will also have coffee sometimes.
Breakfast I have a protein shake or protein coffee or Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Lunch is usually hard boiled egg, some cheese, maybe some almonds and a piece of fruit. Dinner, lean protein (chicken or fish or beef) and non-starchy veggies. Snacks are a protein bar or fruit or veggies or a few nuts or beef jerkey.
Breakfast kick starts your metabolism after not eating all night long. If you skip meals/don't snack you can actually go into starvation mode and not burn fat because your body is trying to conserve it during starvation. (Seriously, it can happen.)
The trainer ive just started working with doesnt care how many meals I have per day as long as I meet my calorie goals. Difference for me is my work is all over the place. Hard to eat breakfast at 1am.
Breakfast is breaking fast. So you can break your fast whenever you want. That's called intermittent fasting. Just because we've been brainwashed into thinking we have to break our fast as soon as we wake up doesn't mean we can't change that behavior

I eat yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit with my morning meds. I can't stomach chantix without a full belly. But wish I could cause I hate to have to eat if I'm not hungry
