Feeling depressed. i'm tired of trying to eat healthy. Just feel look fat ugly. I just give up


the food only gives you temporary feel good, then you feel like crap for the binge, treat yourself to a manicure or a facial or a new cd, something to reward yourself in other ways, but you have to be worth your own effort. you deserve to treat yourself better.

Dont give up. The fact you are even trying is good. We all have choices. As you start making better choices you will see a difference. We might not make good choices all the time but if we are making them most of the time then we should see progress

Come on u can get thru this. Food will only give you temporary comfort, but won't deal with the underlying cause making you feel depressed. Find an alternative to food that will make you feel good and also help you achieve the weight loss. Have you tried boxing, or going for a run.

Treat yourself to something like maybe swimming just for fun that is also an exercise but in a fun way

Binge eat them veggies and fruits you'll feel good about it

We also go through what you're going through now but the urge to look good keeps us going

Ok pity party! Not allowed here! I have gone through bs. We all have. Did you gain weight in one fell swoop? Nope. It took time. This too will take time. Look my Doc recommends no more than 2 lbs a week! It works at the end of a year boom 102 lbs. Buy that outfit in 2 sizes. The one you are now. 

And one in your desired size. That's your goal outfit. Put that at one end of the closet and your current size the same way. In between those 2 put in sizes that lead to the desired size. Once a month try on the clothes.

 Pushing the lost sizes to the "loser" side. Then once you've left that size. Seek out all other outfits you have in that size and box those up for goodwill. Tiny steps but it will get you there. F*** that poison. Go turn on your favorite music. Light up the aromatherapy candles and dance...all by yourself. Be silly. Feel your inner you busting out. Have a club soda with a twist of lime and a mint garnish. Celebrate you! I am celebrating you right now!

Even when you don’t see pounds dropping off your healthy behavior is still beneficial to you. Speak life and positivity, and you will feel good about yourself no matter what. Stressing about weight loss will work against you every time, and negative thoughts and speech will inevitably end in failure. Your diet probably needs a little tweaking. It’s a science and you have to figure out what formula works for your body and health situation. In the mean time keep your head up!!! Your amazing just the way you are.

Don't give up one yourself! What may help you is by focusing more on your eating then the exercise at first. That is what I have done, and after about 50 pounds lost I now go to the gym. Don't overwhelm yourself! I feel like people try to do too much at once, and it can be too much change. Good luck!

That's exactly how I have been feeling. Been thinking of doing weight loss surgery but my insurance is laughable and will not cover it.
